London Olympic gold medallist Dani King has been announced as cycling ambassador for blood cancer charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research (LLR).

In her new role she's to encourage the public to take part in cycling fundraising events and said 'The charity is leading the way in the fight against blood cancer and I'm thrilled to be a part of it'. Dan Solley, Head of Sports Events at Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research commented 'We're delighted to welcome Dani as our cycling ambassador, and are looking forward to working with her over the coming months'.
